Returns and cancellations
This page explains how to request cancellation of a booked block or pass and how refunds are assessed.
Written requests
Cancellations and refund questions must be sent in writing using the contact email or postal address published on the site so that the request can be filed with a timestamp.
Timing
Where a published timetable exists, the applicable cut-off time for a given date is stated in the enrolment confirmation. If no cut-off is listed, a minimum notice of five business days before the scheduled start is used for standard blocks.
Fees already paid
If a session cannot proceed as scheduled for reasons attributable to the organiser, a credit or refund path will be described in the notice sent to enrolled participants.
Organisation slots
Group reservations may follow a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement controls.
